All rates based on “Family Units” 2 adults + 2 children under 18
Extra guests /children 3-17---$5 per night
adults 18 + -------- $10 per night
Max 4 adults 4 children on a site
@ managers discretion advance approval needed
All reservations for the current year require a 1 night non-refundable deposit
All reservations for the next year require a 2 night non-refundable deposit
If you cancel your reservation the non refundable deposit
is based on the date you made the reservation not the date you cancel it.
$10 service charge for shortening reservations with more than 14 days notice
With less than 14 days notice you forfeit your deposit
