$150 per night

All rentals are based on 2 adults & 2 children -----

extra adults & children are $10 per night 4 adults max - Sleeps 6 total

If cancelled with less than 14 days notice your deposit. (1st night’s fee) will be a forfeit.

If cancelled with more than 14 day notice a $50 fee is charged.

A credit card number is required for the $250 refundable security deposit.

All trailers provide:

2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed & 1 with bunks, sofa bed, bathroom w/ shower,

kitchen with dishes and pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, cd player,

tv with dvd player no tv reception just use the dvd player to watch movies

two outdoor chairs, picnic table and fire pit

Bring your own linens, pillows, and towels, and DVDs

Absolutely no pets !! There is no smoking allowed inside the trailers.

Please remove your shoes to avoid a carpet cleaning charge.

We appreciate your leaving the trailer the way you found it.
